Business Development Manager
Part Time
Primary duties: A sales and business developer helps the startup make important business connections. They use their networking skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and local and international customers while helping to build brand identity and awareness.
Common tasks include inviting local restaurants, food creators, and specialty shops to join Eeters as partners, boosting Eeters local and global customer base, answering texts or calls, responding to emails, making cold calls, and personally meeting with vendors when necessary.
When working at a startup, you should have multitasking skills, be resourceful, and be able to stretch your skill sets, including critical thinking, problem-solving, customer service, project management, time management, and networking.
You should have work flexibility and be open to a fluid work schedule. You may be able to set your own hours, as long as you're getting your work done. You must be open to creative thinking and able to offer unique solutions to thrive in this type of work environment. Your roles may vary from day to day as company projects and needs change rapidly.

This position is open to bread makers in Naga city and surrounding towns who have their own bakery - operational or non-operational.
BASIC FUNCTION: Produce high quality 3 bread products from scratch.
Experience with making Pan de Sal, loaf bread, toasted Siopao a plus.
